Near the dining area is a separate lounge equipped with a sofa, armchairs, and TV for relaxation. A dedicated teleworking space has been set up in a corner to offer an alternative working environment outside of the bedrooms. The basement is dedicated to entertainment: a game room (table football, darts, etc.) and a cinema room that can host the housemates for movie sessions! Lastly, the 13 bedrooms have been thoughtfully placed apart to ensure greater peace and quiet.
