Creating housing by renovating existing buildings

We transform under-occupied or vacant houses into comfortable shared homes, close to public transport. A 300 m² house goes from 4 to 12 residents.

Each resident has a private room of around 12 sqm with an ensuite bathroom, complemented by 11 sqm of shared spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry, outdoor areas), for a total of 23 sqm per housemate on average.
