With profiles ranging from 19 to 77 years old with an average age of 29, 40 nationalities mixing, and unique life stories, we create a human mosaic. The price at La Casa is an all-inclusive price! In addition to accommodation and energy and water charges, it includes services, subscriptions, and above all, a unique community experience. And the really cool thing is, all our shared houses are eligible for housing assistance (APL): no bad surprises to expect!
