Upon validation, we meet to proceed with the project: Design and construction quotes, financial assistance if needed, work supervision, furniture and equipment installation, community creation. Your Casa opens! La Casa takes care of everything.
If your property is already owned by you, the minimum budget to consider is €300,000.

A Casa accommodates between 10 and 15 individuals who share the desire to embark on a human adventure together.
We will manage your Casa for you through a management mandate, in exchange for a commission on the net profit.
We also accompany you during the design, construction, and furnishing, for a fee included in your initial investment.
The duration varies depending on the projects. We typically observe an average duration of 6 to 8 months between the initial contact and the opening of your renovated Casa.
