Reach out to us to confirm your requirements or property, then we visit the property for initial estimations.

Upon validation, we meet to proceed with the project: Design and construction quotes, financial assistance if needed, work supervision, furniture and equipment installation, community creation. Your Casa opens! La Casa takes care of everything.

If your property is already owned by you, the minimum budget to consider is €300,000.

Investing with La Casa means renovating an existing property and adapting it to the needs of shared living and community life. It's also aligning your project with our values: transparency, care for others, and optimism.

Our Casas typically accommodate an average of 13 housemates, although this can vary from 7 to 18 depending on the size of the houses. All housemates are carefully selected for their motivation to live together and share a genuine human adventure. This dynamic community offers much more than just a shared living space: it's an environment where each member contributes to enriching the daily lives of others. By choosing a Casa, you join a strong foundation of like-minded individuals, making it easy for you to integrate and meet a variety of inspiring profiles upon your arrival in Paris. It's an opportunity to engage in a unique and enriching human experience, where connections and shared moments are at the heart of the adventure.

We will manage your Casa for you through a management mandate, in exchange for a commission on the net profit.

We also accompany you during the design, construction, and furnishing, for a fee included in your initial investment.

The duration varies depending on the projects. We typically observe an average duration of 6 to 8 months between the initial contact and the opening of your renovated Casa.
