Epinay-sur-Seine

At the confluence of the Seine and the Ourcq, Epinay-sur-Seine (93) is located north of Paris, near Saint-Denis and the Parc de la Courneuve, a privileged geographical location that makes it a very attractive town. Add to this its proximity to Paris thanks to the RER C (Epinay-sur-Seine station) and the T8 and T11 Express trams, as well as numerous buses, and you can easily understand the dynamism of Epinay-sur-Seine.

In terms of shopping, you'll find everything you need, including several markets, supermarkets, major retailers, and independent shops. For fresh air, the town boasts numerous green spaces, such as the Île-Saint-Denis Park and the Béatus Park, which will delight running, cycling, and waterfront strolling enthusiasts. The town also features an aquatic complex with several pools and a fitness and wellness area.

Tennis, boxing, climbing, basketball, fitness... the town does not lack sports facilities. It also has a dense network of associations, a media library, a cinema, several theaters, and concert halls... Enough to (almost) make you forget that Epinay-sur-Seine is only twenty minutes from Paris!
