Paris, May 23, 2022 - La Casa, a major player in Coliving, announces the appointment of Marie-Estelle Carli as Director of Development of the company. She will support Victor Augais, President, in the development of projects under management contracts with institutional real estate investors.
La Casa, a major player in Coliving, announces the appointment of Marie-Estelle Carli as Director of Development of the company. She will support Victor Augais, President, in the development of projects under management contracts with institutional real estate investors. Coliving is set to become a permanent stage in the residential journey, meeting the evolving housing needs. Residential Coliving as La Casa conceives it, fostering social connection, constitutes a distinct asset class for investors, who can purchase properties (houses or buildings in bulk) managed by La Casa. Marie-Estelle will develop the activity in Paris and major French cities. With 15 years of experience in Asset Management and Real Estate Investment, Marie-Estelle previously worked for 5 years at Klépierre as Senior Asset Manager before founding her own Coliving start-up. Marie-Estelle has developed a deep understanding of the sector as well as a strong commitment to innovation to meet the evolving needs of users and the usage of real estate. These qualities make her a valuable asset for La Casa. "I am very pleased with Marie-Estelle's arrival at La Casa. Marie-Estelle Carli (38 years old) began her career as a financial analyst at DTZ Asset Management (now DTZ Investors) in 2007, before overseeing asset sales within the Altarea group from 2011 to 2013. She then joined Klépierre for 5 years as a Senior Asset Manager, where she contributed to the strategic development and valuation of a portfolio of shopping centers worth over 2 billion euros. From 2019 to 2021, she served as CEO of Folks-living, a Coliving startup she co-founded. Marie-Estelle decided to join La Casa as Director of Development in 2022.
