What is the project process?

Contact us to confirm your requirements or property, then we visit the property to provide you with a first financial business plan.

Upon validation, we meet to proceed with the project: design and construction quotes, works management, furniture and equipment, community creation. Your Casa opens! La Casa takes care of everything.

What investment is required?

If your property is already owned by you, the minimum budget to consider is €300,000.

How do I know if my property can become a Casa?

How many people live in a Casa?

Our Casas typically accommodate an average of 13 housemates, although this can vary from 7 to 18 depending on the size of the houses. All housemates are carefully selected for their motivation to live together and share a genuine human adventure. This dynamic community offers much more than just a shared living space: it's an environment where each member contributes to enriching the daily lives of others. By choosing a Casa, you join a strong foundation of like-minded individuals, making it easy for you to integrate and meet a variety of inspiring profiles upon your arrival in Paris. What is the legal framework of the project?

La Casa operates coliving project via management contract or lease with real estate investors. We manage all steps of project from sourcing to opening : design, works, administrative management, furniture & equipement. 

How long does it take to open a coliving projet with La Casa ?

Delivery time of our project depends on format (house or entire building). For a house format, we typically observe 6 to 8 months between the initial contact and the opening of a refurbished Casa.
