Cette acquisition porte le portefeuille de La Casa à 800 chambres sécurisées dont 640 en exploitation. Elle marque une expansion significative en région et sur le marché étudiant, un segment à fort potentiel de croissance mais encore minoritaire dans sa clientèle (moins de 10 %).

We are considering the locations: we are looking for spacious houses with a garden, in a safe neighborhood, close to amenities, and easily accessible from Paris by public transportation.
